GPS average speed

Is there a GPS that will average the speed over the last couple of seconds. This would be better that speed taken every second that shows 20% change due to waves.

Apart from education, the teachers also responsible for monitoring the school. They are responsible for arranging co curricular best-dissertation service activities for the students. They also organize sports in the school. They provide funds for their trips.
