My new sailboat !

I am 59 years old. I have never been sailing in a sailboat. 2 days ago I bought a 22 ft Ohlson sailoboat, made in Sweden 40 years ago. Still I have to wait for a while before I can take my first trip, because in the Oslofjord, in Oslo Norway, we still have ice in the fjord.

Hi Kare

I was nearly 50 when I bought my yacht a 32ft Cavalier and the year I turned 50 sailed it across the Tasman Sea from New Zealand to Australia. I sailed to Fiji, up the East Side of Australia and the Whitsunday Islands. It is a fantastic lifestyle ... being on the water is good for the soul.

Your life is going to be so much more now, well done!!
