Dick Rodger, will he never quit?

Hello Han

Again, I thank you for your interest and help. I can assure you, however much or little you know about this shipping era it is more than I do. To be perfectly honest, the last time I sailed a yacht I carried it up to the park and and pushed it out on the pond.

My primary interest is in postal history, including "ship letters", "paquebots", and so forth, and this in turn has led to a curiosity about trading vessels and cargoes.

Anyway, herewith the scan which is supposed to be the ship and its captain. As I said, the captain looks like Cameron, but the ship could be anything. Actually, it could be "? Grant", but that might just be imagination.

Best

Dick

That grass needs cutting!

Hi Dick, I mean the grassy script. Could it be Ann Grant?

Best, Han.

Good idea

Hello Han

That looks like an option. Many thanks. I'll see what I can do with it.

Best

Dick
